Peter Helburn, Executive Director
Peter brings over 30 years of luxury hospitality leadership experience enhanced by his management training from the Fairmont Hotel and Resort in San Francisco and Hilton Corporation. He is well versed in distinctive service and hospitality and is a big picture visionary who delights in tactical details. Meticulous, with an impeccable sense of style, Peter has spent his career passionately delivering distinguished service and unforgettable experiences. Peter is the Owner & Chief Operating Director of a special event company based in Aspen Colorado: Just Ask Peter & Company has produced events for high-profile individuals, charities and corporate clients including Pfizer, Morgan Stanley, Audi, Compaq, S.E. Toyota, UBS Paine Weber, YPO Global Forum, Land Rover and Food & Wine Magazine. He is also a Managing Director with InnPerspectives Consulting Inc., a Denver based boutique consulting firm specializing in services for the luxury hospitality arena. Peter was educated in Europe at Schiller College, London, England, English Literature Major, The Baleares International School, Palma de Majorca, Spain and the Leysin American High School, Leysin, Switzerland. Peter currently resides in Aspen and serves on numerous citizen Boards, including City of Aspen Liquor Licensing Authority, Aspen Valley Medical Foundation, Anderson Ranch Board of Trustees, Roaring Fork Hospice, Aspen Youth Experience and Aspen Historical Society.
Bryan Gonzales, Program Director
Bryan is in his eighth year of service to the Roaring Fork Gay & Lesbian Community Fund. He has served on the Board of Directors, as it’s Executive Director, the director of Gay Ski Week, and is now the Program Director, where he is very enthusiastic about bringing a fresh perspective to the local gay & lesbian community. He is most excited about the RFGLCF’s new endeavor in the TEACH program, which is helping to bring the principles of tolerance and acceptance to students and youth valley-wide. Bryan has also served on the board of Aspen Community Theatre for nearly 10 years. As a resident of the Aspen and Snowmass area for 21 years, he brings an intimate local knowledge to his duties at the RFGLCF.
